Had some awesome testing help from xcentilate, mad_murdock, and tomatoes, which made the difference between a dud and a hit. Tomatoes gave some good suggestions on web site layout as well. Made some changes immediately, hopefully to good effect. Still looking over PHP scripts to make this happen with a minimum of security risks and a maximum of functionality. But the design has been touched up. More content, additional information, navigation toolbar; goodies like that. It's all done with the Mozilla Composer and EditPlus, so nothing too fancy. Played some MP and SP with it.  Works fine, lasts a long time.Tweaked some of the HTML layout stuff for the web site update.  Got about 1/3 of the pages done layout-wise.  Content still needs some work. Doing HTML tweaks by hand sucks. Frontpage and Mozilla Composer both have their quirks that annoy me. Pulled all the Frontpage stuff out of the HTML, did a half-baked CSS implementation, and tightened up the layout of the front page.
